A phone that's probably not cleaned between patients because they pick it up and carry straight to the other patient. My Grandmother wore the the same outfit twice in a row because they can't find her clothes. My Mom was talked to ugly on the phone when trying to find out where my Grandmother's clothes were. My Grandmother's doctor was NEVER consulted prior to deciding not to take her to a critical appointment.
